Why I Share Recipes With You

You might be scratching your head wondering why a guy who teaches personal development has blogs and emails about recipes and cooking stories. Let me explain.

For over 30 years, I've been collecting recipes. Not because I'm a chef, but because I discovered something powerful: some of my best family memories happened around food I made with my own hands.

When I started developing my life plan back in my twenties, I realized that achieving your dreams isn't just about financial and professional goals. It's about creating a life worth living. And for me, that meant learning to cook meals that would bring my family together, create traditions, and build memories that would last long after the dishes were done.

My cookbook came from the same place as my course - I wanted to share what actually works. Every recipe has been tested in my kitchen. Every dish has a story. Just like goal-setting, cooking is about being intentional with what you create.

So when I send you a recipe along with life advice, it's because both come from the same belief: you deserve to live fully, not just achieve professionally. Your best life includes gathering people you love around a table with food you made yourself.

That's why I do what I do.
