The interview workshop
I will conduct a three-part interactive interview workshop, beginning Thursday, October 1, continuing Thursday, October 8, and concluding Thursday, October 15, from 11:30-12:30 via Zoom. If you are hoping for a promotion, in a job transition, or want the latest tips and techniques in the era of Artificial Intelligence, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for! The three-part series is as follows:
October 1-Before the interview. Everything you need to know to prepare long before the interview.
October 8-The interview. Learn what to expect during the interview, including sample questions and how to address your knowledge and use of Artificial Intelligence.
October 15-After the interview. That’s right, your interview is not over yet! Proper post-interview actions can help you secure the position you desire.
The presentation will be during the weekly Overcoming Job Transition (OJT) Thursday meeting and is absolutely free to attend. In addition to the interview workshop, which includes an interactive presentation and Q&A, OJT volunteers will be available to answer questions or provide any assistance you may need.
OJT has helped others who are not only looking to return to work but also those seeking to improve their job skills for over 17 years. The OJT volunteers are seasoned business executives whose expertise and experience span numerous industries.
These professionals have experience in resume development and how to best present yourself, LinkedIn profile optimization (to properly highlight your skills and be found by recruiters), networking, interview techniques, using Artificial Intelligence, overcoming the dreaded computer Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and much more that anyone in the world of work needs to know throughout their career.
